Where is webinar link / can’t find webinar registration email

• Search for a webinar registration email message from Steel Tube Institute (do_not_reply@on24event.com). The subject includes the webinar title. Also check your Spam/Junk.

Connecting to the webinar

• If the console won’t open, disable your pop-up blocker for ON24 and try again.
• Mobile devices (iOS/Android) are supported if you need to switch.

No audio (or very faint)

• Make sure your device/system volume is up and not muted.
• Check the speaker icon in the webinar player (sometimes defaults to mute).
• Use a supported browser: Chrome or Edge are preferred; Firefox and Safari are also supported.
• Refresh the console (blue refresh button or F5).
• If that doesn’t work, close the event and log back in through your registration link.

Video freezes / keeps buffering

• Usually caused by network congestion.
• Close other apps using bandwidth, move closer to Wi-Fi, or use a wired connection if possible.
• Refresh the console or, if issues persist, log out and back in through your registration link.

Slides are not visible or not advancing

• Refresh the console first.
• Ensure the slide presentation (screen widget with blue background) is maximized.
• If slides still won’t advance, download the PDF of the slides from Related Content (paperclip widget with blue background) and follow along manually.

When will I receive my certificate?

• Certificates are available by the following day, provided you:
  • Attend for at least 60 minutes, and
  • Answer at least one poll question.
• Certificates are also available for download in your ON24 tool panel after all the requirements are met.
• If you did not meet the requirements during the live webinar, you’ll receive a link to the on-demand version by the next day. After watching the remainder of the webinar, you will then need to attest to watching the full webinar, and complete the quiz in order to receive your certificate.

AIA Members

• Complete the quiz immediately after the webinar’s conclusion. The quiz is only available until half past the hour following the webinar.
• Please submit your member # via STI’s webinar contact form so attendance may be reported to AIA.

Group Viewing

• Group Viewing is available to HSS Group Professional Membership only. The HSS Group Professional Membership Leader received an email from Steph Fontaine with specific instructions on how to register attendance and receive certificates for multiple participants viewing the webinar together. • Group viewing attendees should collectively complete the quiz together following the webinar.

Florida PEs

• Please submit your Florida PE # via STI’s webinar support contact form so a PDH certificate compliant with Rule 61G15-22.012(1)(c), Florida Administrative Code may be issued.
