By submitting photographs, the entrant grants the Steel Tube Institute (STI) permission to use the images in connection with the HSS Project of the Year Awards and for future STI marketing, promotional, educational, and editorial purposes, with appropriate project attribution where practical.

Each entry must designate a primary presenter and a backup presenter. If selected as a winner, the designated presenter must attend the HSS Summit in person and present the project. See Attendance and Forfeit below.

Attendance and Forfeit*

The award program is structured to bring winning project teams to the HSS Summit as featured presenters. By submitting an entry, the team confirms that if selected, the designated primary or backup presenter will attend the Summit in person and present the project. If neither the primary nor backup presenter can attend, the award will be conferred to the next-ranked finalist in that category.
