The Steel Tube Institute’s 2026 HSS Summit brings together fabricators, service centers, and engineers for a focused, high-impact industry experience. Through expert-led sessions and collaborative roundtable discussions, attendees will explore the latest opportunities, challenges, and innovations in Hollow Structural Sections (HSS).

Reception & Dinner
Build connections beyond the sessions at the reception and dinner on November 11 at the U.S. Space & Rocket Center, a Smithsonian Affiliate. This dedicated evening brings attendees together in an unforgettable setting designed for conversation and relationship-building.

Scholarship for Young Professionals
Invest in Your Future with an HSS Summit Scholarship. The Steel Tube Institute is awarding up to ten full-registration scholarships to the 2026 HSS Summit, November 10–12 in Huntsville, Alabama. Designed for early-career professionals, the scholarship provides the opportunity to learn from industry leaders, tour HSS manufacturing facilities, earn PDHs, and build connections with engineers, fabricators, service centers, and producers from across North America.
Eligible professionals age 35 or younger (or within 10 years of entering the industry) are encouraged to apply. Scholarship recipients receive complimentary Summit registration, including technical sessions, mill tours, networking events, and the evening reception at the U.S. Space & Rocket Center.

HSS Project of the Year Awards
The Steel Tube Institute (STI) is pleased to announce the inaugural HSS Project of the Year Awards, recognizing outstanding projects and the teams behind them. Open to projects across the United States, Canada, and Mexico that use North American-produced HSS, the awards celebrate notable achievements in design and construction involving hollow structural sections.
Winners will be recognized at the 2026 HSS Summit in Huntsville, Alabama, where a representative of the project team will receive complimentary Summit registration, share the project as part of a featured project showcase, and gain industry-wide recognition through STI communications and outreach.

SUMMIT REGISTRATION REFUND POLICY
STI will offer full refunds (less a $25 processing fee) for cancellations made up until Tuesday, September 22, 2026. After September 22, no refunds will be issued. STI will, however, gladly transfer your registration to someone else.
